As members of the parish of St Cuthbert with St Mary, Carlisle, we commit ourselves to provide a safe, caring and welcoming space for everyone, whilst ensuring that safeguarding is at the heart of all we do.

The Parochial Church Council is committed to providing good care for children, young people and vulnerable adults within the church community and has adopted the Church of England Policy Promoting a Safer Church and the Safeguarding Policy and Guidance of the House of Bishops. CONCERNS ABOUT A CHILD, YOUNG PERSON OR VULNERABLE ADULT

If you have a concern about a child, young person or vulnerable adult, please don’t keep it to yourself, please contact one of the safeguarding team below.
